Have you talked to any famous person?!

Question:

Have you talked to any famous person?

tell me who and the storie about it

Answers: I talked to Vincent Price about 25 years ago when I worked at a country club as a maintenace man. VP was in town for a lecture series. He and the other speakers were being given a reception at the club. The rich people were being kind of denigrating(he said)about horror movies, so he wandered downstairs and ran into us maintenance guys. We got him a cup of coffee and he sat on a sack of cement and told us stories about guys like Karloff and Lorre. I knew he collected art, so I told him I was going to school to be an artist. He said my artwork would be worth more if I died young or in an unusual manner. He was taller than you would have thought, about 6'2". yeah, loads! But I never kiss and tell...... Yes. I hung out with Sergio Mendes one night at the Blue Note, NY. He actually tried to hook me up with his son (it was pretty funny).

Kurt Ellington.

Kenny Garret. i talked to jimmy page in a bar in Toronto
we talked about music , obviously i met doug flutie
i played MAdden 07 with him and we talked
he beat me though
i got to play madden with him because my dad signed up for verizon fios
it was so cool Arnold Palmer, Bill Mazeroski, Lily Tomlin, Vicki Lawrence, Tom Jones...while working as a newspaper reporter. Cole Hamels Jimmy Rollins Chase Utley And Ryan Howard

I go 2 philies spring training evry year and there is a bar were the players go after the games, its in the stadium, so they were up there and talked 2 em, im in 6th grade!!! i use to work at a five star hotel so we always had celebrities(mainly musicians) come in ... i worked at the spa so i met depeche mode, amy irving, dale chihuly(artist),clint black, phil collins, the cranberries, lisa loeb, laura leighton, judd nelson
and at another place i met dr phil
thats it! When i was younger i had the opportunity to talk with several famous people. i have hung out with a wide range of famous people from jerry cantrel of alice in chains to garth brooks (i actually told the man that country music was dead 2 years before he helped to revive it!) don henly, partied several times with all the member of pantera (very nice young men; r.i.p. dimebag)

i used to have the fortune to be in the right place at the right time. and have many fond memories thanks to that.

after a while you begin to realize that celebrities are just normal people that have the same issues you do--and then some. Yes, but I can't tell you! Ha ha! I've met seveal famous people. All very nice. yeah but im not going to say who it is, shes my friend's cuzin no :(( but i wish i can talk to my chemical romance one day and tell them how much i love them <3 Yes, Mollie Sugden, at a village fete when I was about 10 and Malcom McClaren who grunted at me in a punk shop in london in about 1980. We were on a school trip. He was weird then too. lol. When I lived in Lake Tahoe in the mid 90's I met Babyface when I served his table in the restraunt I worked.
Bagged Leonard Nimoys groceries working at Raleys in Incline Village.
Met Grant Hill and Michael Jordan when my friend and I signed up to caddy at a celebrity golf tournament.

I had no idea who babyface was because its not my kind of music but all my friends in back were freaking out. (he was cool and tipped good)
Leonard Nimoy was a rude little prick to the cashier so I lost all respect for him.(This sucks when your a huge trekkie)

We never got picked to caddy but we got there in time to meet Grant Hill and Michael Jordan.
Im not into sports but my friend Ronnie is so he got their autographs.
