Such a waste of wonderful talent, but at least Whitney has a chance to redeem herself if she would turn herself around. However, they both obviously can sing far better than 99.9999% of the population. Anyone who makes it to that level is obviously very talented.
Besides, I think the whole concept of comparing singers is flawed. There are many very gifted singers in the world, and room for many songs, too. There really is no "best."

The best? I doubt it. But I do know that they did mess up their lives. Where is Whitney now? And, who cares where Michael Jackson is! Whitney Houston was an awesome singer but I'm not sure I'd call her the best, especially after the crack incidents. I think Michael is a pedophile but that aside he has some good music.
