entire case as the defense showed, she was a drinking, almost daily person with vicodin in her system, Phil was a periodic drinker and from my experiences the daily abuser is the more likely to be an irrational person. The defense needs to present (if allowed) the ratio of unstable women who commit sucide at unlikely locations. By God, I actually believe it was a little party that culimated in an irrational person (Lana) who temporaily went off permanently.
