People.com Yeah, and its bad news because it violates his probation from a prior DUI arrest, so he will almost certainly do some jail time though probably not a lot. Really dumb of him, why didn't he get a driver, or his friends put him in a cab or something! yeah, it's like his 4th time. he had one in '89, one in '93, one in '04 and the current one. Nope, i didnt have a clue to be honest.
