Did you know Avril Lavigne is being sued?
She is being sued for plagerising a 1979 song by a little known boy band. The lyrics to her hit song "Girlfriend" is extremely close their song "Boyfriend." (more detailed information can be found elsewhere on the internet) What do you guys think? Do you think she is guilty as charged? I definitly think she is. I've listened to the two songs and they are almost identical.

I heard that 70s song and the chorus is ridiculously simalar to Avril's version so i think she should be sued..
