It actually was not a Hillary Duff concert, as you can see the acts included Akon and Rihanna, both of which have music that contains adult-oriented themes. In any case, Duff is actually 19 years old, and is no longer affiliated solely with Disney (as you may remember her from her teen years). The problem is, our society as a whole promotes sex, drugs and violence, and since our youth are our biggest consumers, they tailor that propaganda toward them. Sadly, these teens are attending these concerts where the subject matter doesn't entirely relate to them. And honestly, the goodie-bags, even though they should not have made it into the hands of a minor, were intended for adults, which is who should have been attending the concert.
