No I say not , Avril I can tell you wouldn't sit down and rip off a song how ever there are similarities I would say this is cause there are only so many notes and well only so many words and besides the notes aren't the same if any thing the stones should be sueing both of them but they aren't so the rubinoos shoudn't be either and well heres what I think it's just a waste of time cause well we all know this is just a publicity thing
