Would you spend $1,000-2,000 to go to a playboy mansion party?

there is a luau at the mansion at the end of the month, and if you pay $1,000-2,000 (depending on which option you choose- there's even some that cost more) you can go. all the money goes to a good cause- help for battered women.

i want to go but am not sure about it because of the cost. but hef isn't going to be around much longer, and i'd like to meet him and the girls. plus tons of other celebrities will be there.

you get an open luxury buffet, open bar, private tour of the mansion, free pictures with the girls, and a gift bag with jewelry, lingerie, DVDS, etc.

its a once in a lifetime chance and the money goes to a good cause so i don't see the harm in going. but it depends on your financial situtation and whether $1000-$2000 will severly damage your wallet (well obviously it will but will you still have enough left over for other necessities?).

and the buffet, celebrities, GIFT BAG etc make it sound worthy of a good party so i'd give it a go.
