Is it true that David Blaine is the devil or is that just a rumor because he controls Hell?

It's just a rumor, hell's ranking system doesnt' allow beings from this plane of existence to control the netherrealm, in order to transcend you must give up your soul, once you become a hellish fiend you can only achieve the rank of "captain", which would give you control of a small army of souls, Liutenants and Generals must be direct spawnings of the seven original hell lords, or Lucifer himself.
David Blaine is a good perfomer though.
