Chelsea from ***** cat dolls?

I know Asia won and I'm super happy, but to be honest, I wouldn't mind if chelsea or Melissa R had won, because those three girls were my favorite in the competetion. I was just wondering what chelsea's ethnicity/nationality is because I find I look similar to her in a way, and i was just curious to know. Thanks if you guys can help me :)

hmmmmm..... i dunno! she looked maybe filipino, or hispanic. i noticed her eyes were really different from a lot of the girls there. she was really beautiful.
