Weds. is my friends costume party. I can't buy anything. I am dressing up as paris hilton. Please do not tell me to just wear a bra and a thong, because of her video. I have this HUGE bag/purse and put my sisters "webkinz" chuwawa in it. I have HUGE hoop earrings, and HUGE sunglasses. What should I wear. I can't wear heels (totally sux)

Yeah my shirt has no sleeves and low cut

I was going to say a short skirt in a solid color. Pink with a white top (no sleeves) sounds about right.
