I've just seen a question about Miss Universe, and the title suggests it is not Earth bound, could ET's daughter enter?
And how do they publicise throughout the universe?
Answers:
Provided she could survive the regional finals, there is no reason why ET's daughter should not enter. That is assuming ET etc have just male and female genders of course.
