How do I get stuff signed by famous people like rock stars and actors.?

I make art with famous peoples images on them and can sell it for hundreds of dollars. But when these people that buy my art go and have famous people sign my art they turn around and sell it for thousands of dollars. I would like to do the same.
And I live in Cal USA so they all come here at one time or another.
