Oh that's that Slightly Creepy boy, Ryan Nelson (II), he talked in the movie! When they had that first meeting at Hogsmeade, I believe at that bar. Hermione was disgussing why they were there, and the kid chimed in saying that Harry could tell them more about how Cedric Diggory died and then Hermione said well we're not here for that.
Why am I writing all of this? hahah
