Why is James Hetfield's White ESP censored in live Videos?!

I am a Metallica Fan and I recently saw a live video of Fade to Black, and the part on his right hand whilst playing is censored, faded, why?

Answers:

He has the words "EET F&CK" written on the guitar. Replace the "&" with "U" and it gets censored.
