Depends if you have helped anyone I suppose, and what you gave up (opportunity cost as always) time wise to answer those questions...and did you gain anything? I think so, a sense of accomplishment, the occasional grateful message of thanks when you do help someone...I mean, it does keep you out of trouble. So, it depends...
