Yes they are, they were "secretly" dating in HSM, but wouldn't admit it, then they did admit it and just recently they broke up, but now they are still together and wearing promise rings!!!!!!!
I think they should be together too! I was sad that they didn't hook up by the story line, but then I found out about HSM2 and when they were together in reallife, i knew they would be in HSM2
