How do you book a celebrity to either do an interview, or come to your party??
I've always wondered that. It seems that no one but other celebrities can get a hold of them these days. Also, I've heard of Disney's 'Make A Wish' Foundation. Do you have to have some illness or be deathly sick in order to 'Make A Wish'? Because on TV I saw this girl that looked perfectly fine, and she got to hang with Raven. And Raven even said she was there because of the 'Make A Wish' Foundation. If not, how do you apply??

make a wish is for terminally ill children. the child may have looked fine but, you don't know what was wrong with her.
go to the celebrities or music artist's official site and look for the contact page and email them.
for a celebrities to make an appearance at a party you have to pay them a hefty amount of money.
and for an interview you have to be part of a tv, radio, or newspaper.
