I personally think it's between tamia and aaliyah because they have absolutley great vocal ability and beyonce is a good singer too but she can't sing like them. also on many different occasions aaliyah has been crowned as the queen of urban pop and the princess of hip-hop soul and in south africa the people think tamia is the best r&b artist to ever live. but who do you think can sing the best?

Tamia she has a wide octave range. Higher than Beyonce. Aaliyah was a alright singer but her dancing was what let her stand out, just like Janet jackson. Janet is alright singing but her dancing is what got her the most attention.
