Anyone gonna boycott verizon for dropping Akon and ringtones ? thanks Gwen for keeping him on tour -?

I may stand alone but i dont agree with Verizons decision to drop from the sweet escape tour Verizon has also removed Akon ringtones and music from its stores and handsets. The Verizon Wireless V Cast TV spots featuring Akon are also history.

i would understand and approve verizons decision if Akon had made no attempt to prevent this from happening - but he warned club owners not to let anyone under the age of 18 in that night because of his act - he did not intentionally dance with an underage girl - if his request would have been followed as agreed upon this would have never happened - at a normal concert i could see the difference in just pulling anyone on stage and grinding them - but this is one of the times the singer took neccesary precautions and i dont beleive the blame should fall to him -

just wanted to put this out there maybe someone will agree maybe not

luckily stefani has not dropped Akon form the tour thats keepin it real - even though they lost $$$$$

i refuse to say that Akon should be held responsible - if you are in a club that is for 18 and up - you should be safe to assume that anyone in that club is over 18 or at least 18 - if he was gonna take her home i would hope he would double check but he made it the clubs responsibility to ensure no one under age was in side because of what he was planning on doing - hes not r kelly he didnt have sex with more than one underage girl - he hasnt had sex with any underage girls - if he would have been at a regular concert and pulled a girl on stage not knowing her age or not haveing restrictions in place then he should be considered responsible -

yeah go stefani! i went to the concert and it was awesome!!!! akon and stefani were so cool together. i am mad that verizon dropped him but it is so completely understandable after what he did to that 14 year old. if u dont know about all the dtails i'll tell u. he got a girl from the audience on stage and was dancing very dirty and making *cough, cough* movements (if u're following me here) and gave her bruises. he claimed that she was 18 so he woodn't have to b charged with corrupting a minor. but it was later relased that she was only 14. shocking rite? well im mad that verizon dropped him but i think ill still have to stand behind verizon. i support u tho
