Why did he go out to find more guys?!?!? He had talent right in front of him!!! Am I right????

His reasoning was that at anytime anyone can take your spot and someone could want something more then u so you have to be on your game @all times. Personally I think that's bull cuz he did have great talent already there. He's just tryin to make ratings and flash his star power. If I was one of them I would have just left because he disrespected them in a way on the show
