Has anybody ever seen janis joplin perform live at woodstock? Is there anybody out there meet her in person?

If so tell me about your exsperiences? Is there anyone out there old enough to remember her?

I met her several times at University of Texas when she went there...I was pretty straight and narrow and she was kind of an out there hippy chick...that girl could sing though for sure, but she was kind of a lost soul I thought, like to her the world seemed like a hard place to be, where for most of us it was like smooth sailing. I was not surprised at all that she did herself on drugs.
